Hi, I'm Anne
I'm here to help you build resilience and life balance
I didn’t spot burnout when it first crept in.
As a lifelong achiever, I didn’t question my programming to “do it all” —director-level roles in Corporate America, cross-country medical care for my father, I assumed I could handle anything – as I always had.
But burnout has many faces (most of them sneaky).
I’d heard of the exhaustion that whispers,
“Maybe I need a long vacation.”
or
“Do I just need to reset my life?”
But burnout can hit on a biological level, too—
when your body begs for a break - and you don't notice!, or
when mindset and emotions quietly drain your energy.
So how did I finally see it for what it was?
-
Unexpected life pivots (sometimes not by choice)
-
Going back to study mental health counseling—because I needed to name, understand, and heal what was really happening
-
Actually sticking to a New Year's resolution for yoga (and discovering its subtle and life-changing impacts)
-
Diving deep into research to figure out what mainstream medicine couldn’t explain
-
And, honestly? A whole lot of laughter and tears—and the support of people who really cared
My path hasn’t been linear. But every zig and zag taught me something and was a great adventure.
Now, with experience across the business world and mental health, plus a lifelong curiosity about holistic wellbeing (think: yoga, nutrition, mind-body connection), I bring both strategy and empathy to the table.
Ready to get curious about your own wellbeing?
Let’s explore how you can build a life that actually feels sustainable—for YOU.
